A Bit About Me

I have a degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University. I have worked as Immigration Professional since 2014.

During the once-in-a-lifetime worldwide COVID-19 pandemic like most of you, I was forced to stay indoors. This was a lonely period for me. I was forced to look at myself in the mirror. It was during this time that my personal memoir was birthed Immigrant Mental Health, One Woman’s Spiritual Journey Toward Healing.

No matter where you are in your life please know that I sincerely hope that my book, my life story will motivate you to develop your spiritual life and your healthy mental hygiene. We all need healing of various sorts. To sort out our present moment and to map out the future we have to look behind us to a certain degree. It is my passion to help you embrace that process as you embark on your healing journey. I have faith that through my book and this website I will serve as a compass to help you map out your personal route to healing.

No two journey’s will be the same but please find comfort in knowing we are all going toward the same direction - towards healing. I hope we can meet along the way to share our experiences and encourage each other to press forward!
